Policies

  • Custom Beauty requires a deposit on all appointments. This must be paid at the time of booking and is strictly non-refundable.​

​

  • We request a minimum of 72 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a forfeit of your deposit​. If you notify us within this time frame, your deposit will revert to a credit note. 

​

  • We allow ONE reschedule on appointments before a new deposit is required.​

​

  • If you fail to show up to an appointment or cancel with insufficient notice, up to 100% of the appointment fee can and will be charged. Multiple no shows will result in you being banned from future bookings.​

​

  • We request that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.​ This is to ensure the smooth running of our day so we do not run late for those who arrive on time.

​

  • Deposits will not be transferred to an appointment of a lesser amount in the event of a change of mind. If you wish to make changes to a booking including a change of service, this must be done 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.​​

​

  • It is the client’s full responsibility to read and follow the preparation instructions listed on our website and notify Custom Beauty of any contraindications to treatment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled on the day and a loss of deposit.​

​

  • Custom Beauty makes no guarantees on results. It is the client’s full responsibility to follow their aftercare to avoid infection and poorly healed results. The client understands no refunds are given in the event of poorly healed results. 

​

  • We kindly request no children in the studio.
